We complete our obsolete format trifecta with Cabaret on LaserDisc, and we were both surprised at how much we appreciated this film. During the course of our conversation, we discussed how progressive the film still seems, but most importantly we discuss how the film portrays the slide into fascism. We also think it should have beaten The Godfather for Best Picture. This and other hot takes await, with mild swearing.
